The Rules of Starbound

This is based off The Rules of the Internet. If you are unfamiliar with the format of the rules, click the link.

So basically, if there is a well known stereotype/ general belief that exists around the game, then it belongs on this list.
I've only known about this game since it's Steam release in December, and some of you have been here for years. So I need some suggestions for the list.

Example1: Florans ssstab. No exceptions.
Example 2: Florans ssstab again. No exceptions.
Example 3: Blame Agarans for everything. No exceptions.

TROTI has over 1000 rules. Once again, I advise you to read them.
I understand it if we can't reach 1000, but it would be fun to try. Suggest as many rules in as many comments as possible.

64. Despite being a Spaceship Travel and Planet Exploration game, people will build both well above the surface and well below the surface.

65. Meteors will destroy at least one base you build. Maybe even all your base.

66. Plasma Pistols are a direct upgrade to your Flashlight.

67. If you build it, they will come.

68. Florans ssstab again.

70. If you want to see rule 69, please refer to rule *.

71.If you bend down to wait out the night, you will always be within 1 screen of your beam down spot.

72. If you're looking for a specific tech, you wont find it until you have at least 37 dashes and 28 pulse jumps.

73. Legendary weapons rarely are.

90. Digging down is unwise.

91. Digging up is slightly less unwise.

92. There will not be a rule 93.

93. Rule 92 is a lie.

95. If you're reading this rule, you forgot to read rule 74.

95.1. If you read rule 95, you just went to read rule 74.

96. FTL is perfectly possible.

97. Avians don't lay eggs, unless they do.

98. If you play too much starbound, you will not pass physics.

I am so glad my suggestions made the list. though I don't remember what the -∞ means. is it good?

also, yeah. "No exceptions" isn't necessary on every rule.

Before we unlock the 100s+ we have to fill in the first 100 rules.
Check to see if this is outdated first, but we need 6-33, 38, 41-89, and 93-100.
Once again this may be outdated. Just refrain from submitting numbers above 100 until we reach the goal. (Make an exception for rule 643.)

Alright, everyone do me a huge favor and DO NOT mention rule 69.
Not as in robot fight club, but just don't mention it. We're all tired of it.
