so i've finished doing the planning around the new wife shooter, now renamed to wife launcher since it sounds better,
what do you guys think?

 

The addition of the throwing arm is freaking great.

@C0bra5 I just noticed that the Solarium Armor at the accelerator table is worse than the Aegisalt one - is that intentional?

 

nope and this is fixed on my side as i am working on a major preview build i haven't released the fix yet.

 

so i've finished trying to "balance" the wife launcher, what do you guys think, all the harmony weapons are high cost/damage weapons so ya keep that in mind
it deals 15 damage per second with no armor and is meant to shoot for about 5 seconds with no extra energy boost
to spawn it use /spawnitem tier1wifelauncher

 

Hello, I have downloaded the updated mod pack and I seem to have run into the same bug again, the game closing after the chuckle fish splash screen. Can anyone please provide a step by step instruction?

 

if you can send me your log that is in [starbound folder]/storage/starbound.log that would greatly help though if you can see that the error message says access violation, just restart the game until it works, i had that same problem at first.

 

cobra did you checked the projectiles??

 

Of course I did but I'm going to use them for the mele weapons.

 

Okay I have found the folder directory and I have found 6 logs, one of them being a text document, found the upload file on the comment bar.

 

it seems like one of 2 things could be happening

What I think could be hapenning is that you just merged the folder of the updates instead of deleting the old version, and placing the new update, since some items that were moved are declared twice.

So what you could do is just delete the "The Pony Modpack V2.3 WIP" and "TPM EXTRA SLOTS" folders and install the new ones from a new download. and if that still doesn't work just delete the 2 folders in the mods folder and subscribe on the steam workshop, that will work almost 100% of the time.

I also noticed that you have a conflict in your mods. The xbwaks mod and my slot extender are installed together. These 2 mod aren't compatible, they don't stop the game from launching or crash it, but they break the character creation interface.

 

welp patch day, let's hope the modpack doesn't break.
