RELEASED the pony modpack V3.2.4 Balanced Stallion

@C0bra5 Noticed a problem with the mod. In the beginning, after you've escaped from Earth, when your SAIL asks you to reboot itm it has default SAIL portrait, not Luna's.
Also, can you change SAIL plate look on the ship wall to match the portrait? Perhaps I can help?

 

i can't override it in way that won't affect the vanilla human race, so i'll have to make my own custom ship tech station, that shouldn't be too much of a problem for me to tackle

 

though if you want to give it a shot for the station image, go a head

Looks good but the mane blends with the face. Perhaps making it darker helps.
Also, as you are here anyway - I take it non-human races are hard to support? I mean, I've seen somewhere there are difficulties client-wise that can be solved only by the devs themselves. It's impossible to adapt vanilla armor atm, isn't it?

 

it is impossible, and is something many modders like i, mackinz and kawa are looking for. we need custom armors for everything and that's a heck of a bummer sometimes.

I can make it so that when you pick a piece of armor up, it will automatically turn into the flying or non flying version or even make it so that any piece of armor from the game can be automatically transformed into the pony ones! i've been for this thing for 2 years now and i finally found it!!!!!!!! so I've started making armors dyable what do you guys think?

none, black, grey, white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown

As far as I understand, it should be compatible with any pony/pegasus/unicorn/alicorn from the mod. Although I tested it on unicorn mares only.
This (obviously) can't be used with changelings of ponex-s.
Also, due to how Starbound draws things I can't make winking animations or change the eyes in any other way (eyes in Pony modpack are implemented as face masks, and those sadly are rendered on top of the emote layer - you can try and ask Chuclkefish to change it). So, basically, only mouth gets animated.
But hey, your pony is no longer dumb!

There is no rainbow dye and I don't think it would look good anyway

 

so i've finished reworking the harmony cannon, the powerhouse of a cannon.

• It basically charges up to 5 different states, each taking longer to charge.
• Every states hits way harder than the last one, in average 8 times.
  
• it has a total cost of 150 energy at full charge and takes 7.25 seconds to charge at max charge for a base damage of 240 damage at level 1 with no armor bonus.
• it will go *ding* every time it reaches a charge level, the ding getting a higher pitched note for every level passed.

to spawn the cannon, go in admin mode(/admin) and spawn it with /spawnitem tier1harmonycannon
