RELEASED the pony modpack V3.2.4 Balanced Stallion

What I have seen in the last Days of the Game, it isn't really 60 Bugs worth for what it offers at the moment...

 

The worst thing for me is I leave for vacation tomorrow so I only have tonight to play No Mans Sky so I'm going to spend a week LONGING to be out in space again. I need to find some decent low-resource games to run on my laptop while I'm away like FTL or something.

 

Most people want story and plot and quests and structure and goals. I've seen plenty of people complaining about lack of quests and plot, but I don't care about that in an exploration game.

I want to explore space and see the sights and have an adventure and that's what NMS is good for. I want to find cool critters and planets and get a nifty spaceship and just have fun being in the world and exploring freely, and that's what NMS has. The gameplay is what I want, just "here's a galaxy go have fun in it"

 

Catched a problem when chef came to my village.

 

It looks like an old version as pony tenants can't spawn with thesenon pony armor anymore...

 

I use last version of mod. And I tried several times to spawn new tenants. This problem happened only with chefs.

 

I'm currently working on a human to ponex conversion thing for the armor pants and the alternate bodysprites, just thought i would let you guys know. I'm not nearly done (I'd say about 5% xD). Will work on it for the next few days... If you'd like to maybe include it, i'll happily give it to you, otherwise i'll just continue to use it privately ^^.

Jo just wanted to throw in a quick bug report. The recipe for the ponex Shadowbolt armor, which should use refined violium, still uses "ceruliumcompound" in the .recipe files. In game that means you require "Perfectly Generic Items" to craft it.
Oh and the ponex Wonderbolt armor still says "Cerulium" instead of "Solarium" in its description (and in the file name, but thats not that important isn't it?)

 

That is on my to-do list, I just need to unhook myself from No Man's Sky (Which some how runs at a buttery smooth 60 fps on my machine) and make an update, I'll try to push the update tommorow

So, is the update automatic for those who don't have Workshop? Because I don't think I have workshop.

 

having both isn't the best idea... but yes it will auto update as soon as i post it on the workshop as i normally upload to the forum and workshop at the same time

Is the h.a.r.m.o.n.y station being developed still as all I can craft there is apple seeds and bots.

 

Well what's wrong with apple seeds and robots? :C

 

The fact that there used to be more and that the harmony core quest tells you to do something in it.

 

@C0bra5 okay, I'm somewhat more experienced in game files now, so I understand writing ponified descriptions for vanilla objects would include tons of work. Dropped that idea. Here is another: last time I checked your modpack used vanilla sfx (including those when the player is hit). Did you consider changing them?

 

the sound effects are something i want to change, but the for what and how is something i'm still uncertain about.
The vanilla ones are good enough for now but i'd really like to get some custom sounds at one point.

 

harmony cores are used in the harmony weapons but these aren't in the game yet as i am revamping them.
