But the more we talk here over the Storys and have to explain anything, Spoilers ocours here and there.

It would be much more easy, if they would read it insted of saying from the Start: This Storys are crap, without really knowing anything.

But thats live, and maybe we should stop texting over it here. Looks like we are stuck here. We who like the Story, and the others that won't give it a chance.

To sad. It's only one or two good written Storys, and no Illegal Drugs or something else like that.

So you two, if you really like to know, WHY they havn't done what you two had said: read the Storys Fallout Equestria and Project Horizon.
Then you will know it and don't need to ask for example, why applejacks Cutiemark is on a revolver or how Nuclear Bombs function in MLP or how something similar like the FEV can exist in MLP too.

If not, then let me go into detail in the following words.

The cyborg pony is a race/type of pony, and can be an alicorn, unicorn, pegasus, earth pony. The cyborg pony is a few different types, like a chassis.

They have a metal spine, which sticks out. Their front and back hooves are mechanical, and wiring leads down to them from the spine.

The terminator.

Looks a bit like the terminator, as in the eye is just like it. You can only change the color of the eye, and they have mechanical hooves.

Cripple.

They have metal spines, except their back half is mechanical.

Robot.

Full mechanical pony, not even one percent pony except in shape and size. Have mechanical horns and wings (If you don't make your character an Earth pony.) Much like the glitch.

as for celestia, she its pretty much nerfed now, she might control celestial bodies like sun and moon but thats all she can do... chrisalys outright beat her in a duel, and tyrek essencially ended absorven her magic when twilight gave it, soo yeah, alicorns, arent really that op, also celestia is OLD remeber her joung ages are long gone, her wisdom can carry her just soo long, and probably moving the cosmos is just a very streamlined spell refined over 100 years to use as few magic as possible, heck even discord flipped day and night with ease

 

That's great and all but huh... you notice anything about those two villains?
They both drain magic. So, that's really not much of an achievement. Of course it would be if some other non-magic draining antagonist beat her, but that's obviously not the case.
... and why the bloody fuck would Discord bother flipping the day and night with ease if he can make you THINK he flipped the day and night with ease?
By the way, Chrysalis said she could drain regular magic in the comics, too. Because if friendship is magic, then love is.

Making an entirely different race of robot ponies would be pretty silly when it would be easier to just add a robot pony outfit.

 

I'm totally tempted to download this, though I saw a Mac version wasn't entirely complete? Is this so?
I will hopefully be getting a PC in a year or so but until then I'm stuck with just a Mac Laptop

(Are the characters customizable? Or do you pick from a premade character? Sorry if this was obvious and I'm just being dumb haha)

 

Well the cutie marks and mane styles are premade, but you can pick all the colors you want.
Of course you need to pick from pre selected colours but close enough is good enough.

 

I hope Cobra is doing ok. It has been longer than usual since he checked in, might be more than just work being busy =/

 

What if it has specific perks, like speed or another tech. Or maybe even has some sort of special weapon that makes them unique. Like they start with an element of harmony.

 

A special weapon could easily just be crafted. And a tech could also be crafted by just making an item that gives you a quest that just completes itself and gives you the tech as a reward or however the fuck it works but something along those lines. And for starting out with an element of harmony, that'd be just plain silly because robots aren't exactly known for their magic and feels and such.

Well either way, I ran out of inspiration or motivation for writing NPC dialog for more pony races....doing the 5(?) actual canon races was enough work...not going to be writing for something that doesn't exist in the show

 

Earth pony, pegasi, unicorns, alicorns are the four pony races,
and then you have changelings.

 

Yeah, so 5, ok. Wasn't sure if I forgot one. It felt like I did less work than that.

 

I have him on skype, and he appeared online just this week some time. I can drop him a hello and ask him to provide us with a quick proof of life.

 

So when are those lines going to be in the modpack then?

By the way he's definitely alive.

 

What lines? We had full dialog for all 5 races just after the changelings came out. Did something break since then and it isnt there? There were files for NPCs of all races to speak to all 5 modpack races, including lines for spawner-created NPCs of the 5 modpack races to speak to all the vanilla races and modpack races.

Weird. I don't have access the PC I made the files on right now so I can't check those (traveling for thanksgiving) maybe I can find the post on this thread where I sent them to Cobra. Maybe he has them but is waiting for next update?

I could swear there were jokes about swiss cheese legs and all sorts of things about bugs.

edit: downloaded the modpack on this laptop to check it, looks like the file structure was changed by an update, and now all dialog is in one file...which seems to be set up weirdly. it appears to have "path": "/converse/unicorn" and pony, and alicorn, and pegaus, but no "path": "/converse/changeling" so that's why they are missing, no directory for their dialog.

I'll have to see if I can find where their lines went but no promises. Fortunately at least there are all the lines from all the other races to speak to a Changeling player, it's only Changeling NPC's that are missing anything.

 

changelings should say silly things too, they evolved enuff to get into ankward wedding situations

 

Let's not derail too much, what's the development so far?
