That is true, depending on who may be the cultist (like Alkane from an earlier game, she was scary good at that) the cultist can be a force to recon with. I can also say that when I played cultist before it was in my favor to have everyone go after the penguins.

Also the penguins that are good don't always back up their pengu buddies.

I completely forgot about that tactic, it helps us figure out what the set up could be and furthers the game. On the other hand SMR could have a useful role, so maybe not the best idea until that's all we have left.

Oh, there's only 5 civilians... um so that means... we have civi's, penguins, and possibly 2-4 other teams. So possibly 4-6 'teams'.
