2. Be as quiet as possible; nobody votes and innocents slowly die off

What are we supposed to do now?
I've been through seven games and I STILL don't know how to start one!

 

Lets talk about space!

 

No, the thing we do now is start looking for answers. First off, I would like for the Dove to reveal themselves, before we start looking at others.

 

Exactly what would be the point of that?

 

Having the Dove reveal themselves early leaves each person, both penguin and citizen, with one more known role, as everyone already knows their own role, and all of the penguins know each other. Having guaranteed knowledge of a role gives us more time to worry about other players, rather than one person who turns out to be innocent all along. It also gives citizens a higher chance to find a penguin, just through process of elimination. Also, just being the Dove give you no other power than proving your innocence, and the penguins would be likely to go after power roles first, rather than last. A revealed Dove makes it more likely the penguins will choose someone else to kill, yes, but narrowing the odds is better than shooting in the dark.

 

I can't think of any danger to this that you haven't listed, so... why not? Unfortunately, I'm not The Dove, and I know of no way to force their hand, so I'll just leave this post as an endorsement of Dusty's idea.

 

I see, well I'm not to keen on revealing my role in these games because I'm always afraid the penguins will off me
immediately. Alas I am not the dove either, but it would in fact make sense for the penguins to not kill the dove because as you said, they can't really do anything.

 

Unless the dove turns out to be super helpful personally, in which case they'd get themselves killed instead of a power role, which is both good and bad.

 

Having the Dove reveal themselves would only result in them getting night killed by the Penguins.

 

No, the dove is not in any way dangerous. Not a target for the penguins. They will probably want to kill the militant or cultist first
