The Peg Minoris I Research Facility (Mrk: II) is my first major build in Starbound. Currently only the first two floors of the research facility are complete, though I plan to finish the rest of the research center by the end of the week (as long as my world doesn't get wiped of course). If anyone is from the Terraria Online building forums you may remember me as Daleksax, I was responsible for projects such as Rising Alantis and contributions on PuLSe's: CrAtEr, and I can't wait to start contributing to the Starbound building community. The research facility has a mostly human based architecture style. It is located on a desert planet in the Gama sector orbiting a red star without any moons. On the far East and West sides there are two defense tower with wire mounted turrets defending the base from intruders. In the center is the spawn location; where players will first arrive on the planet after warping down. Slightly to the right of the warp entrance is a bio-research facility (not nearly finished, only first floor and a half) where flora and fauna are examined and experimented with. To the slight left of the warp entrance is the experimental manufacturing facility (not nearly finished, only first floor and a half) , where new weapons, tools, and electronics are mass produced for future studies. I would love to hear input to improve my skills at building in Starbound and further my future builds. I have a pretty good idea about what I want to do for the rest of this facility and it should be finished rather soon.
