This is the same issue that I recently explained to you in my Steam Workshop technical support discussion. There is another mod (the vore mod) that has made the ill advised choice of using the "orcanachest" item name instead of a unique one that is unlikely to cause compatibility issues like this. I recommend uninstalling the vore mod. I have tried contacting the author to have them remove any and all references and assets associated with The Orcana since they never had permission to use them in the first place. Until that happens, you likely will be unable to play with both mods installed at the same time. So, in short... To correct this issue all you need to do is get rid of the Starbound Simple Vore Mod.
Ohhh no wonder I keep seeing this issue with people's logs. I feel sorry for you because I am sure you gotta repeat yourself about this a lot.
i think so. sad that the vore mod doing this. hope the vore mod's names will be changed so to fix this.
