I think it isn't, and it is extremely silly if it is.

It's hard to do a single emotion of an Avali.
It would take either some serious convincing, a massive pile of money or a really big gun for someone to draw multiple of them.

 

can confirm, avali faces are decidedly not ideal for expressions
