The new images Tiy tweeted (Not serious)

Earlier today, Tiy tweeted some images that may hint to us a major change in the game's overall engine and texture:

Take a look at these amazing HD textures and new furnitures!

The foliage looks a bit unrealistic; hope Tiy tweaks that later.

And here you can see a full-grown high textured tree, potted and planted, which implies keeping trees as furnitures.

And here we can see plenty of objects that was hung off the ceiling, and the opening in the centre of the square indicates possible level effects.

Though while this is a rather interesting update there are several flaws that I am seeing in the game that should be sorted out as soon as possible.

The first and the most obvious thing that I should point out is the graphics, Those absolute heinous graphics. Now while they are somewhat decent I suppose, I still say they need to re-work everything about them. I can barely even tell what I am looking at when I see these images. I don't want real life graphics I want better than real life graphics and if they don't give it to me then they can not expect me to be paying any money at all for this game, I wouldn't even go low enough to torrent this abomination.

The next thing that needs to be pointed out is the Merry Christmas sign that is in the first picture. Does the fact that they are adding Christmas to the game mean they are trying to shove religion down our throats? Are they Zealots who would do anything to get us to believe in there ways? I think so and They should from this point onward avoid anything that could possibly offend anyone even though there being to damned nit-picky.

Then there are the signs that are in the game, Now while I am impressed that instead of having to click on them the see what they contain you can just read it straight off of it, It still does not account for the fact that you can only read them from very up close and when they get any distance away it becomes impossible to read. The signs need to be legible.

And finally the last thing that I would like to point out is that there are only humans in these photo-sets. Where is the diversity? Where is every other race? Are all the other races ostracized from being on this planet? If so then they are trying to play out humans as the absolute scum of this universe and will stop at nothing to be segregated from the rest of the universe. I think that humans should be more open to other races and they should have a wider medley of species to the planets.

That is all that I have to say for now, ChuckleFish, You really need to step your game up.

And did you see those huge balls just hanging in the air like that? That is not physically possible in real life! According to my calculations, those balls in real life would weigh 8 billion tons! That's not realistic! But I suppose starbound isn't a "realistic game", so I guess I won't fault the devs for missing this crucial error.
