i'm new to starbound, how do i use this? i already place the mod in mod folder but i can't find it in the game? what should i do?

oh wait, is this only a race mod? not adding an OP merchant?

EDIT : nvm, i guess i only can get the merchant using admin commands, at least that what i think

 

Ye if you don't wanna use the race, admin spawn the merchant in

modkinmerchant
