The Main Antagonist

Hey guys, how about another worm antagonist, because those are the original concepts. (I seriously HATE worm-type "enemies" in any game... they are worms for goodness sake. they don't even have arms!)

On a more serious note, someone mentioned a sort of "league of super evil" type thing... or, if you are familiar with the games, Megaman. (Rockman = rock planet, wood man = forest planet, cut man = ...you get the point)

 

Stereotypical beast from another dimension.

 

The winning monster from the monster MONSTER contest. Nope, just kidding. It's actually a species that has been forced to live on a giant ship and suck the heat from planet's cores to fuel the monster craft. At the end of the game, you fight through the entire ship and, after murdering the Captain, self-destruct the ship... that'd be cool.

 

That villain could be the common cold

 

I'm gonna go with a large fleet of nuclear Sputniks.


Seriously, this thing is creepy as hell.

Perhaps there was no main antagonist, and it was simply a random occurrence.
That or, its ponies, an armada of bloodthirsty pony-warriors.

I hope it's a super evolved race who is completely white, and freaky, and overpowered.

I hope the main antagonist be some kind of supreme lord of destruction that eated our world, that he is the prime destroyer of the galaxy, his two eyes see everything in the universe...

I reckon that your homeworld blows up in order to make room for a space highway. Sadly, the species that destroyed it didn't know it was actually a giant organic computer.

Come on, there's gonna be sci-fi references in some places, right?

 

Really stupid and corny suggestions:

If the PC is male: The main antagonist is a hyper-patriarchal race of chiseled Adonices in cheap Space Viking attire trying to steal our women.
If the PC is female: The main antagonist is a race of hyper sexualized space vixens/space pirate amazon ninja catgirls/green warrior women trying to steal our men.
Co-ed Multiplayer party: The homeworld was destroyed by a "dangerous alliance" of the above. Unfortunately now that it's come time to collect the loot, diplomacy has broken down between the two antagonists and now everyone is in a total free for all. Have fun.

 

I could buy into a large planet-eating cosmic anomaly (creature/horror) maybe a huge cloud that conjures minions and devours planets and what-not. You would have to stop it before it eats the galaxy. Hella epic space battle
