The Luminescents Welcome to the group of the light ones. In our group, dimness is frowned upon, and anyone who prefers the dark... Well, let's not talk about torture, shall we? In all seriousness though, The Luminescents is a group that accepts from any race, so long as that race agrees that light is far better than dark (if this somehow offends somebody, not the intention... unless you don't like the light), and accept The Blinding Ones as their leaders. Our primary goal is to become the most powerful group in every server that we head to. We will make sure to have a strong military, and dominate any opposition. Pillaging bases will be a common occurrence,provided the ones we are planning on pillaging are not jerk-bags. The group will be based determined on ranks. The ranks in the group are as follows: The Blinding Ones(Leader) Insaniac Cecil1994 The Shimmering Ones(General/Leaders if Blinding Ones aren't present) *none yet* The Shining Ones(Captain/Highly Trusted) *none yet* The Glowing Ones(Sergeant/Trusted) *none yet* The Faint Ones(Private/That new guy) Alerat: Adventurer Groups within the group (Groupception?) There are 4 different smaller factions within this group: Adventurer, Researcher, CLASSIFIED SPEC-OPS, and Trader (NOT TRAITOR!). Just a reminder: These sub-factions are just MAIN things, it is not like if you choose adventurer, you cannot do anything else but explore. You can still do what you want, but you WILL be expected to do your primary job if requested. Also you CAN change your sub-faction if you reply to your OP with the desired change, and I will be sure to update it. Adventurer You are the ones who are on the front lines. You decide to say "Screw standing around and doing nothing! I want to explore!" You are the ones who go out on dangerous/penguin-filled expeditions through dungeons, tentacle planets/Slenderman's home planet, and collect loot. If you have a need to wander around and loot everything you can, then the adventurer faction is for you. There are 4 smaller sub-factions WITHIN this faction: Warrior (Goes and kills the harder enemies. Speaks softly and carries a big stick.), Scout(Runs ahead of everyone with light gear and weaponry to warn the group of immediate danger/awesome loot with a sound/dismembered limbs) , Looter (Has only medium armor, and one light weapon/tool of their choice. Their inventory is meant to be filled to the brim with loot on successful expeditions.), and the Scientist (The guy who keeps track of all the cool junk they find. He/she also is the one who will log all the weird critters and plants you find on your journey.). Quick suggestion: Leftover/unwanted loot is great to donate to researchers... you know... for science and stuffz. -Current Adventurers: Alerat: Faint Researcher You are the ones who find a cool rock, and study it for days at a time. You decide that it is logical to rip apart innocent/not-so-innocent creatures just to see how they tick, for the sole sake of SCIENCE! You are the guys who, with lack of a better term, make the enemies go boom. If you like making things go boom... well who doesn't... then this is the faction for you! Also SCIENCE! Yet again, there are a few little sub-factions in this as well. Field Researcher (You go out into the explored/known worlds, and gather up interesting specimens to "research" for SCIENCE. You are also in charge of getting all the basic materials needed for research, such as ore.), Weapons Specialist (You make the awesome weapons, such as cecil1994's favorite: The Rocket Propelled Chainsaw Cannon: Aim for the midsection! SCIENCE AGAIN!), Pyrotechnic Designer (Boom... BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM! And also SCIENCE FOR THE 5TH TIME!), and Bio-Researcher (The aforementioned guy who likes ripping critters limb from limb for SCIENCE!) -Current Researchers: Traders You are the ones who choose to pick up the shiny thingy-ma-doohickies and sell them. You are the ones who buy the coordinates of amazing planets from others, or sell ones that we no longer use to other players. You guys are the ones who make others trust us: "We have the best deals in the universe! Trust us to keep all your belongings safe in our ship! OH NO, COMPLETELY UNRELATED FACTION RAIDING US *wink wink*"- especially when we act completely untrustworthy. Which is bound to happen. So you are ALSO the diplomats.
