There is really some amazing things In the works for the game and I am quite excited. Please do keep up the amazing work you all are doing. (Also side note, apperenently I type way too fast for the system to recognize so when I type a full word only 50% of it is put down haha)
Looks great! But are the radiant style quests, given from random town inhabitants still on the menu? I had my heart set on being a space bounty hunter.
I just hope NPC's stop being so durpy, wondering away from their homes and ignoring everything unless they get hit, only to 'flee' further from home. Or guards who are far to eager to murder you the moment you pull/scroll though a weapon. A warning and some leeway time before they go CHARGE DIE would be nice... also stop making them come after me before I even see a town on screen.
Na'lok kree, inferior scum ! We will be victorious ! ... also, that stargate system might be difficult to use since your ship might stay in the previous planet's orbit. You may not want to use the teleporter x)
I thought of Hitchhiker's Guide when he mentioned drastic planet changes...and with all the teleporting around, it looks like we'll be needing to make way for a hyperspatial express bypass....*sigh*
Yeah sometimes the website gets twitchy about typing, same for the game, kind of annoying when it happens honestly.
I've just learned for the first time that Crystal Biomes are a Sub-Biome rather than a Planet Biome... My Glunaught's Heart is broke...
Same here, I searched far and wide over sector X just thinking perhaps it was rare, then I stumbled across a mini biome by accident and was sad. I vote it is made into a full planetary biome I so wanted to make a home planet amongst a giant crystal planet. I think Flesh biomes would make an interesting planet as well, finding pockets of it underground is so ominous and spooky, like being inside a creature, but combining it with the tentacle planet design would make the tentacles truly memorable.
Hey Tiy, any chances of something like this being implemented in the future to help make modding accessible? http://community.playstarbound.com/...your-own-universe-share-it-with-people.25081/
My god same! I wanted so badly to make my home on a crystal planet only to find out it's a sub biome, one I haven't even found yet.
The one I found was on either a magma or volcanic planet, perhaps it is more common there? There are so many ideas for more diverse planetary biomes I hope many more get added over time.
I am almost positive that this has been addressed already, but just in case it has not, I would love to see the ability to craft your race's version of all the furniture instead of having to steal them from towns and dungeons. Or at least be able to pick up schematics for them in said towns and dungeons.
honestly, id like to see more bosses, the 4 bosses that the game has now aren't nearly difficult enough, it makes since that they have to be beat in order to reach the next sector, but what if there were bosses to unlock a certain tier of armour or weapons. this game surpasses terreria in almost every way, but terreria has a hard mode, where you beat bosses to collect certain items intoner to make certain weapons and/or armour. in my opinion this is something that the star bound developers should consider, it would greatly increase the play time, and maybe even the replay value. if anyone knows if they have thought of this already or not, i'd like to know, its way to easy to get to the final tier now as it is.
Please add the novakid i want to start seiously playin this game but I admit playin Glitch is fun but im really really looking forward to the Novakid they just seem so awsome!
Thanks for all the Hard work Guys! The game is already well over the worth of just $15, but you keep making it better!
Can't wait for all these new features. Except possibly the villager ai getting mad at you for stealing, because there goes my entire economic system. Also, Yay! When you say "one more character wipe," is that a DEFINITE? Because if so, that's great. This is an awesome game but it will be even better when I don't have to restart all the time
