The Fall Of Earth - Recruitment Thread

It's a very interesting concept, however I might only use him in the next season
Right now, I can't have these extremely important characters with their own stories onboard, because the first season's plot has already been traced.
If you manage to tone down his story a bit, maybe I can find some room for him.

 

Toning him down would be better I think because he seems a bit over powered if you ask me, but sometimes I like overpowered characters. I'll work on him and give you my final draft. Thank you for your opinion. Mean while I'll be working on him.

I wanna take one more crack at this.
Character application form:
Name: Doc Metalicus
Age: Unknown looks around 30.
Race: Cyber Human (Eyes arms and various organs glitch made)
Job: A mechanical "doctor"
Basic profile: Found heavily injured by a advanced community of glitch, was "repaired" but unfortunately his memory was gone and some of his humanity was removed. After recovering the Glitch soon found out that he was a blessing. He could repair the hardware and rectify any software problems that they experienced. But he couldn't stay, he had found a fragment of data on the oldest glitch there and it had the general location of a familiar place called the Sol system. When he read that he felt a sudden feeling of disappointment in his self. After he had repaired his ship, he gathered a small crew of willing glitch and took off towards Sol. Hoping to discover who he was on the way.
Basic Psych profile: has that good ole country doctor personality. But curiously, he gets violent if certain words are said. Has amnesia so some of his original personality has been locked away and comes back during times of great stress or acomplishment.

If picked, I was kind of hoping that when he came across the heroes that up to that point he has not encountered any other organics. I can already see a humorous scene where he's like im a doctor and starts up the blow torch when asked for medical attention.

 

I think it just's takes them a while to reply so if they haven't yet just keep waiting. i'd definitely like to see how this character develops and fits in with the story.

-Working as a Mob (If possible for the game)
-Gathering In-Game Resources to assist in Set Building.

As well as helping maintain the database updated with current events of the story, working with Traditional Art, and Pixel Art for Story Cutscenes.

-Job: Scientist & Salesman for Photon Industries.
-Basic Psychological Profile: Was quite a rich, sophisticated, happy character but after his city 'New London' was destroyed by the tentacles he became sullen and withdrawn from life, this is probably because of him seeing his family, friends and children crushed to death by falling buildings as he tried to save them from an inevitable fate, he finally escaped on his company ship which was called 'The Photon', he escaped out into deep space. His expertise in ship technology helped him fix up his ship after it had been badly damaged during the hurried F.T.L jump sequence mean he could travel again, to try to find other life forms and, possibly, the remnants of the human race...

-Basic Psychological Profile: Yarex is wary and cautious, he is watchful and studys situations before going into them. He is self-conscious and slightly shy but when he is in a uniform he feels he has a responsiblity and will do his best not to back down. Sometimes he can get carried away and will rush head-first into situations or he will go overboard during battle and make an un-needed mess...

-Backstory: Yarex grew up with his parents in a small town, having not needed to meet many new people he is shy. His parents taught him well and his father taught him the ways of battle, from a young age he has been devoted to Kluex and truly believes that through strong devotion he may one day regain his wings which he has lost. After coming back from a hunting trip with some of the men from his area, they returned to find the people there being slaughtered by an unknown being. The beings were ruthless and Yarex and the other Avians decided to leave the bloodbath before they got thmeselfs killed. They traveled around for a year, doing odd jobs and gaining money. However one by one, over time the Avians went missing. It continued until Yarex was the only one left onboard the ship, confused he left and found the Human homeworld of Earth. He sold his ship for some money and went on a search for a new job...

I live in England and will probably only post in one session per day but I will still put in time to this if I'm selected. I can only really communicate via the forums (I don't have a mic for PC).
EDIT: I see that you need extras & stuff, I can help as an extra but my responses may be slow (distance) plus there is a difference in timezones, weekends are best for me.

-Job: Traveling Monk
-Basic Psychological Profile: Lortus is very curious, thus was always making questions, like questions about why his species was so violent, why they couldn't try to make peace, and others as such, his parents grew tired of him and he was banned from the place he lived. He came across a ship who was exploring his planet, hidden of course, they let him in after they saw he wasn't hostile, he leaved his home planet and searched for a better life. When he had enough to purchase a ship he started look for someone who shares his point of view in intergalactic peace. He tries to be calm and peaceful, and always try to be positive on daring situations, but when something really angers him, he becomes... Wild. He's a pacifist, mostly, and only eats meat, he don't like to eat plants, he feels like eating his own species.

-Bio: Infernal was a A.I. made by Dr. Dem a human scientist working on making a perfect glitch soldier. the A.I. went rouge and used the facility's tools to make a body for himself. and slaughtered all of the people in the facility except Dr. Dem who to his surprise he was unable to kill (set in his programming)
-Basic Psychological Profile: a glitch in his programming causes him to have acoustical bursts of insanity / pain, otherwise stable, extremely intelligent and wise, he hates Florans and Avians and sees then as "lesser races".

-bio: Vladimir grew up in a Russian mega-city. His life was harsh and at an early age he found himself on the streets and he turned to drinking, but as money started to run out he had to find a way to make some extra cash, after several failed jobs he turned to mercenary work. Years later he finds himself reminiscing about the old days, his golden days of being a merk, and his many adventures. he is now trying to find his place in the galaxy after the loss of earth and some would say he may be experiencing a midlife crisis.

so that's my application, i am a huge sci-fi fan and would love to participate in this story.
i didn't go into to much detail about his back story as it would be a lot of standard mercenary adventures and such

Bio: Rubik got this name from his creator because he was the 43252003274489856000 Glitch made (43252003274489856000 is the total number of configurations of the Rubik cube).He like Floran's, Avian's, anything that isn't as technologic or more than him and to play music but he hates the word bug. Rubik don't know why he was created and is always trying to find his creator but since he doesn't have anything to do he'l accept any job given to him. other of Rubik's objectives is to find someone to fix some of the extra glitches he has like his personality that changes all the time and his memory bank that blanks out some times

Name: Ko'lek Greanwing
Age: 26
Race: Avian
Job: Ranger/Bodygaurd whenever someone will hire him.

Bio: he was banished from his home world when he questioned kluex at a young age. He eventually ended up living in a floran village and was raised as one of their own. He spends most of his time staying off the ground in any way he can (not nervously, just likes heights) and he favors a bow above all other weapons. And with the skill he has with a bow, it's reasonable that he would use it. He is very tolerant and forgiving, but not trusting. He never has much confidence in anything or anyone other than himself but most of the time he keeps it quiet. He mostly keeps to himself. He isn't shy, he just doesn't like interaction. He prefers solitude and doesn't like to show his emotions. The main reason behind hiding his emotions is because he has bipolar disorder and doesn't want it to affect his reputation as a ruthless killer. He has never had a true family considering the way florans are raised. (Read the codex on it.)

Just a side note: He spends time not fighting or doing something else important playing his ocarina.

 

You need to add a Phycological bio, this is what type of person they are (for example if someone is short tempered). This can help the story writers and everone else know what you might say or do...
