If you know what the Dopefish is, then first off... kudos to you. :] If you don't, it's known as "the second-dumbest creature in the universe" and was first seen in the game Commander keen 4. Since then, it's shown up as cameos and Easter Eggs in countless other games. It could show up either as a mob or a boss, but I'm leaning toward boss since he was an unkillable enemy in Commander Keen. I'm imagining him as a pretty simple bossfight, something akin to the King Slime boss in Terraria. He'd just have a lot of health, swim at you in an attempt to eat you, and spawn little mini fish minions or something. If a boss is too much effort, though, it'd still be cool to see this guy have a cameo somewhere. It seems like Commander Keen becomes more and more obscure each year. No one ever talks about it, which is a shame, so a nice little tribute to this classic would please this fan. Am I alone in this extremely obscure desire, or does anyone else out there think this would be a fun idea?
I totally agree with this. I was going to post this suggestion but checked (to my happiness) to see if anyone else suggested it. I always hide a Dopefish in every game I make.
