Looks as thought I didn't even enter that particular chamber, great find! Worries me to wonder of the possibilities that I missed out on other possible heck chests within the three heck planets I visited.

 

I've been using the alpha version of StarboundEd (here's the thread for it in the forum) to check out the planets I've been digging on, looking into any adjacent chambers I might've missed. I found another Heck chest that way that I'd missed because I accidentally brought down the gravel and fine sand from the layer above - only some normal torches in it, but I wanted to take the chest anyway!

 

I tried going to those cords and i found all the stuff , but the only thing i was searching for , the bone wings , do you know where they are exactly ?

Head left for an Avian tomb. Keep goin for a Human Mech. Continue left for Rocket Jump near an effects node. If you're up for some spelunking, follow the tunnels down to a cavern.
There will be a chest just to your right with an accordion. Go left from the Rocket Jump chest, past two cultist ruins, and into a tunnel near a steep hill (by a merchant),
there will be a Gravity Bubble tech in a chest by an x-shaped tunnel junction.

Jungle, Threat level 10.
Go to the right and you will see a mini-boss, following that there will be a big chest which contain a legendary sniper rifle. There's also a small glitch castle and an apex laboratory. (Some random mushroom people as well.)

Crystal biome if anyone is interested. (Got 1 crystal chest but no blueprint.) Also a floran village to be found.

Go right for quite a ways, you'll find several instruments (overdrive guitar, music box), the plague doctor mask, and eventually a epic mine pistol. There's a USCM prison and a sewer dungeon as well.
Regular sparkle showers.
Sorry for the vague directions, I wasn't expecting much here. Some of the chests are subterranean.

Where exactly is the tech chest? Could you take a snapshot of it?

On this planet i found everything but the Plague Doctor Mask , can you help me with telling me anything near it that is easily visible?
Also i found a Cateye Glasses in a cave. Here is a picture to help you getting them:


When you see the cave next to the sandstone column-looking-like thingy , just go down the cave and you will find it

Whoa, that is really cool. This will probably come in handy for those enormous heck biomes and other large underground caverns in which chests or other items could be easily overlooked. And, it's not really cheating, because the only chunks that are loaded are chunks that have actually been loaded in-game (at least, to my knowledge), so it's not like you can warp to a planet, save/quit, and then get a free view of the planet without risk of enemies/lava/poison/etc. I wish it could scroll faster, as large planets are quite frustrating to navigate around, but regardless, it's a pretty awesome page.

Going left you will find a Rare Plasma M. Pistol after a while , and after that you will find a Human Mech Tech .
Going right you will see one of those Scientists Buildings/Laboratories , after it is a Rare Machine Pistol and after it is another one of those Scientists Buildings.
Take in mind i havnt explored the full planet , so after those things mentioned above might be even more valuable stuff.

Head left for a long while and you will come to an opening to a cave and down there will be the Pulse Jump Tech. Keep heading right for a little longer and there will be another large opening, down there you will find the Butterfly Boost Tech. Heading right still you will come to a chest on the ground containing the Cowboy Jacket. Next you will have to beam up to your ship and head right for a while and you will come to a big opening with a narrow drop leading you to the Oboe.

Surface chests have a harp and two rifles, one of them is a plasma. There are three tech chest labs and a uscm prison which you can find pretty quickly by traveling left. There is a chest in the left entrance of the prison that has a tesla staff.
