I dunno man, I ran around that planet and met the second dog without seeing any bunkers.

 

i dont know, im not sure where it was but i think it was on a small hill when i found it !

 

The Horse Mask is to the right of the spawn point, I can confirm that. So if you keep going left after the hiker pants, you'll eventually come to the USCM bunkers. Or just beam up/down and go right.

also, did you find that Rainbow Cape in the open? If so, you wouldn't happen to have coordinates, would you?

I only found a prison and a few swords, haven't found any guns yet except for a UZI from a prisoner I killed.

 

What does OS have to do with location of the planets?

 

So what did you check?

We already know that coordinates should be the same as far as planet types and such are concerned, but it's the static loot within non-instance chests that is supposedly different between OS types.

Alright so I found an avian pirate ship with a gun dealer and there's a chest in it with a chefs hat and a wedding dress ( top ) I think this is considered an instance but you're more than welcome to try.

Has anyone found any rainbow biomes with rainbow trees that are TL 6 or below? Any sector is fine, it would be most appreciated. I'm using Windows 8.

Hmm, I found the bunkers and found the chest between them two but I didn't find a horse head, instead I found a pretty good gun! So I guess it's kind of a win

**Acid rain
I started off by going right and eventually hit a good size Floran village. In a chest within one of the houses was a "Captains Hat". With in the village between bookcases and chests I also found the "burning eye blue print" and "Pussplum Pie blue print". Along the surface are flowers for petals. There are also small bandit camps and Avain houses.

Go right from spawn and look for the same surface layout in the posters pic. the horse head is there.

 

Grats on finding that loot, but as has been stated before, the contents of instance containers is random, so not really worth mentioning if your objective is to share their location.

 

Just a clarification, snowmen drop the item 'A Fancy Hat', the item 'Fancy Hat' is different.
