OK These coords are good but remember they are kids reading this to and this is not appropriate talking on a forum likes this !!!!

 

I'm a rather new Starbound player. I have a server with Clanforge, the official server company according to the launcher. I've travelled to a bunch of the planets listed in this thread and found some great gear! My issue is that these coordinates only work when I am on single player, and not on my server. From what I've found onlilne it seems like the coordinates used to line up, but since a recent update they do not. Anyone know if chucklefish plans to have the coordinate line up with a future patch? I'd love to be able to come here and find find places to go with my friends on my server. Also, as I am generally playing on my server, I'd love to be able to share cool stuff I find, but I doubt it will work unless I find something while playing single player.

I figured this was the right place to post this instead of starting a new thread.

Looking for an Assault Rifle or Plasma Rifle, Sector X, Threat Level 10, preferably shoots blue plasma. Anyone have what I'm looking for?

 

The weapon names were different, but the same type; Star cleaver legendary greatsword and charge-shooter plasma rare plasma rifle, both great upgrades for me. Thanks man!

 

this is more of a single player forum and i dont think its ever gonna be the same online has offline

 

I have traveled to most of these planets on my server, and I believe that most of these posts are relevant to the current patch. My question is, is your computer Windows? Does anyone know what OS the Clanforge servers use? Unbuntu? Linux? Mac? If it isn't Windows then a lot of these will not work on your Server but will on Single Player.

 

I use Windows, and I am aware of the differences the OS makes. I found a post on these forums talking about how, after an update in Dec, the coordinates no longer matched up with her single player (win) game and her server game (run on clanforge) which is why I ask if anyone knows (devs possibly?) if things will return this way in the future. Considering that clanforge is the 'official server' for the game, it would be nice if things could match up, that being said it would be nice if things could match up across all servers and all OSs, but I have no idea the technical coding limitations of this.

 

I found a very nice planet in the Alpha system for any new characters, lots of loot opportunity.

There are several structures on this planet and several chests on the ground, if you go left you will find the first structure immediately.

The first structure is a solitary Glitch King in a castle. No chest, for me he dropped a Transcended Guard.

Then you will come across the first of three Glitch Wizard towers, all with chests and bookcases, and all selling the Wizard's Hat (I don't know if they all do by default, so I thought I'd mention it). I got one food blueprint and one furniture blueprint out of these towers, and some stims and ore from the chests.

Before the next structure I found a Legendary bonehammer "Cartilage Plantbuckler", I think I found it in an outside chest. Stats are 11 DPS, 0.80 Swing Speed, and 14 Dmg/Swing. This is the first bone weapon I've used, so I do not know if this is unique or not, but this weapon launches several little green bones when it is swung. It also does shotgun style splash dmg that will destroy weak things (like wooden platforms) in a single hit, and dirt blocks in a couple hits.

Then there is an Avian Tower (the kind that goes up, not underground), this was a cakewalk with my new hammer, although it almost killed my by destroying wooden platforms underneath me. I picked up a gun off of one of the guards with good dps for a brand new character.

The planet also has several outside chests scattered about. There are some ice and poison water biomes, but nothing too difficult. On my way around it I encountered two mini-bosses.

Grapes also grow here.

Please let me know if you check the place out and what you find, this is my first time sharing coords and I'd love to know that they worked out for someone!

Lastly, given my recent posts in here I figure I should mention that yes, I am playing this on my single player, not server side.

Hmm... I am pretty sure I haven't used a single vulgar word. The vulgarities in my post (if any), come directly from context, the words carry no vulgar meaning outside of it. And if the kids you are talking about, are indeed so innocent and pure, they should have no clue what I just said, as they would only see ordinary words in a strange context. Anyway, something tells me my sense of humor will get myself banned on this site.

If you guys are looking for a huge planet with great amount of materials and fuel, try my planet I found.

I also got Rainbow cape, Bubble gun, few vanity items, Legendary bubble sword, Rocket jump tech, Robot tech and many of chests, rainbow chests, few tech chests underground.

 

Got the fix for travel to magma/volcanic planets - yay! First experience with a Crystal sub-biome.

You start in a crystal sub-biome that also has big pools of fresh water. There are I think 3 separate crystal sub-biomes. Found two chests on surface; one had crystal table blueprint and one had crystal chair blueprint. (I went left but it seems like they were pretty far and its a good sized planet all in all. Happy hunting.)

Also came across a couple of the avian sacrifice towers if you're into that sort of thing.

Forest/Mushroom biomes (forest world)

Agarans, deserted Big Ape facility, Agaran gunseller (x2) (in caves)... No adverse weather effects found so far. Some chests in Agaran "villages" with blueprints. Very nice starter type planet/home base planet); spent 5-6 in game days and nights on the surface without noticing any weather effects

quite a few tech chest on the surface got pulse jump and butterfly boost, also found a legendary Bonehammer. Planet is pretty big, I went right from spawn. Didn't find the Bonehammer til in was night, in game. I don't know if it would be quicker to go left to get the legendary weap. There is also quite a bit of Agaran lava prisons as well. Also found two sewage dungeons.

Go right and you'll find a legendary Telsa Stave on a surface chest

on this planet i found a miniboss, an uncommon spear, a plasma shotgun, and an occupied apex lab
All of these in that order by heading right. The lab's a decent distance though.
EDIT: the lab can be reached a lot quicker by heading left.

 

If anybody find Legendary grenade louncher with Cluster (red one) bomb on Windows? Other coordinates I tried didn't worked... I realy want to collect all Legendary lounchers (this is last one i need)!
