none of them, these are all done with pencil. Darkened them slightly when scanning them onto my laptop. Not a stupid question at all, by the way!
Hmm, minor critique on one of your sketches. The "lizard man" (too lazy to pick out a quoted image from that wall of pictures) looks kind of wrong, and there is a simple reason for it. The entire reason that his head/neck would be like that is due to the curvature of the spine, so you wouldn't have a head that juts forward on top of a perfectly upright human-esque body, or it just looks kind of off, almost like a bad photoshop of sorts. (the picture itself is quite good though, just had that one little complaint anatomy-wise) Of course he may just be leaning his head forward too, I don't really know it just looks odd. Overall these are all wonderful though, I love the artwork man keep it up.

And I just added my latest drawing, it's both my sketchy pencil-style and colored-pencil. Also, it is a photo, made with my phone, because I do not own an A3-sized scanner unfortunately.
Personally, I was not blown away by 'the Avians' presented to us in previews. Its too... Disney. .. too.. sweet. In honesty, there is only so-much detail one can throw into the small pixelated characters and this is well-done by the team! I draw up a lot of bird-like creatures so I feel comfortable sharing my opinion about this, just thought I'd draw this, almost, grotesque 'humanoid' bird's head. So, it's in that second spoiler-bar-thingy, go ahead and check it out. Enjoy your sunday, or what's left of it!
Well they also have a huge benefit because they seem to only be using very small 'pixels', referring the the pixel art meaning of pixels, just big enough to be distinguishable but small enough to allow tons of detail.
