Name: Nathan Species: Human Gender identity: Male A Short Character Bio: The more monitors surrounding me, the better. Extremely good at accidentally destroying computer systems. Not so good at putting them back together. Why You Want to Join the Collective: Aforementioned skill at destroying computers has led to a waning for discord in all computer systems. Would you like to join the militia (admins)?: Meh.
Duly noted. If it comes up, We'll send you over to an attacking vessel with a laptop. Though this is the future, what do we have? Some kind of cranial mesh implant?
Been a Little while since we've updated. Still hoping for some more members, but a small group can be just as fun.
I'm still around by the way, just waiting until release. Taking a break from people at the moment. Stress
if you haven't had a chance to get into the beta, you won't really know. You can watch yogscast kim in the meantime, but it's not as good as experiencing it firsthand.
Bleh, this silence is untenable. What does everyone do outside of this Starbound biz? I'm a video producer over at the Agony Booth.
Alright you'z guys. Sorry things died off for a bit, but now that the Beta has a definite release date I wanted to start back up and see who's still on board. Now, since Molly has said that the first few weeks of Beta will be slightly erratic and our characters will most like end up deleted, I feel it's prudent to wait on any official in-game clan stuff. If anyone has moved on to other groups, that's perfectly fine and understandable, but everyone who's willing to be a cool guy/gal is still 100% welcome among the ranks of the Children of Discordia!
Name: Araec Species: Human Gender identity: Male A Short Character Bio: Araec was never really good at anything. He dropped out of school, lost any girlfriend he had due to his lack of understanding how to be comforting and empathic and alienated himself from his family. He hated his current life and just about everyone in it. He hated society and working for a boss and paying taxes and going to the store and walking down streets. He just plain hated all of it. He hated Earth. He just wanted to get away so when he got the chance to sign up on a space expedition into the great blackness of space in a cramped shuttle that would take him thousands of light years away from that urban rot known as Earth, he took it without hesitation. Years later, Araec procured his own space vessel and surfs the cosmos alone, just as he likes it. Why You Want to Join the Collective: I'd like to join the Collective because it seems exactly like the kind of community I've been looking for. Respectful players that like to have fun and I emphasize "respectful" because I find that's the most important component of any multiplayer game. Araec would like to join the Collective because he feels as if it is the right amount of society to keep himself from going mad, but also preserve his freedom. He also won't have to pay taxes.
