The character limit for names?

    It got reduced recently or somewhat recently. Typically, that's not a problem. But it does mean one thing. Your character name can no longer be Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen. Please discuss. Also, is the Suggestions board read by the developers? Would there be any chance a thread like this would make a change over there?

    EDIT: This was in regards to Starbound characters, so I'm not entirely sure why it was moved. I'm new here so any advice is appreciated!

    As for the Suggestions subforum, it's hard to say. Reading it is one thing, but actually using the ideas is another. I'd imagine they'd be busy developing, but I can't say for sure.

    Plus, this makes colouring names much harder now...

    I dunno about you people, but while making a character with the entire bee movie script for a name is pretty fun, it isn't so fun on multiplayer when it's all you see for 2 seconds when the character loads in.
