    The Bugfixers are designed to be a midgame to lategame enemy, durable and dangerous to face up against.
    They are designed to be encountered in groups, however they should not spawn frequently.
    Bugfixers are not the fastest of enemies, but they make up for this in range and firepower.
    Damage absorbing shields are a staple among all Bugfixers, but they will break, and can recharge if undamaged.

    Within the confines of our Starbound world, there are a myriad of diverse cultures and species, sights of absolute beauty and wonder. Accompanied by this there are also horrors beyond comprehension and chaos, unpredictable and destructive.
    The Bugfixers of a planet on the edge of the universe, Deraperton, are a race of large humanoid mechanical automations. Their race is plagued with an unwavering obsession for order and technological advance, quickly evolving from simple crude bots to technologically advanced civilisation. In addition, they have an quest for order and a journey without end, to force the technological advance of other races, to progress.
    Their main target of their conquest are the Glitch, who are unable to progress and have failed to forgo any technological advance past the medieval age.
    This crusade has shaped them into a primarily military based race, where there is not a speck of emtions to be found across the wide sea of bugfixers that may knock on your granite caveman door.
    Their geographical location on which the Bugfixers are based has caused problems for reaching every corner of the universe, but they will reach them in due time, eventually.

    The ground is not dirt, and what grows ontop is not grass. What roams the earth are not penguins, there are no birds nor bees. Nothing will ever grow here, the King of the Jungle is long gone, for this is their world, theirs to command.
    To all outsiders, this planet is but an impenitrable fortress, those who venture to disrupt their order, are obliterated and sent back out into space as ash and embers.

Able to emit a short ranged yellow nova that deals medium damage, and then fire off 4 yellow arcing bolts, dealing medium damage. Can fire a yellow laser which inflicts a debuff that increases bullet spread to an 180° angle.

    Name: THE BLACK BUGFIXER

    Special Attacks: THE BLACK BUGFIXER can let out a harrowing laughter, burning away 90% of your energy but increasing your energy regeneration by 100% and movement speed by 33% for 4 seconds, while also increasing your damage dealt and recieved by 25%. Able to summon a murder of energy crows that will try to gouge yer eyeballs out, dealing low damage each. He can throw multiple explosive energy lances, dealing medium damage. Can summon a large glowing sword that strikes into the ground, dealing high damage.
    Sometimes the empty cavity where his head and arms were will spew a bunch of blue explosive fireballs around the place, while also making him move 50% faster. The ground he walks on will be set on fire.
    Special Behaviours: HES INVINCIBLE! For each limb that you destroy, THE BLACK BUGFIXER will move and attack 20% faster.
    If you successfully destroy all of his limbs, he will taunt you and dissapear, leaving behind some goodies.
    He will only exist for 7 minutes until he feels you're getting too boring and bugger off.

    Special Attacks:
    The Tank's optic lens can fire a bolt of slow moving arcing energy, bouncing up to 4 times before exploding and dealing high damage.
    Missles can be fired from the gap in between the treads, flying low above the ground in either direction depending on the player's location, dealing medium damage.
    The Tank's twin guns will fire a few rounds occasionally, dealing low damage, but if the target is above the tank, they will fire constantly and prioritise them.
    Over time, the Tank will lay down a mine behind it, every 7 seconds, but disappearing after only 30 seconds, deals medium damage.
    Bumping into the tank will cause the player to be dealt a small amount of damage, and be knocked back a moderate amount of distance. If a player is behind the tank, it will go into PARKING MODE, where the tank will move backwards and player will be dealt 95% of their health in damage if crushed.
    The tank will take additional damage from the back, but once a significant amount of damage has been done from the back, the Tank will overload, creating a large and incredibly damaging explosion.

Able to overcharge the jets, spouting large columns of fire for 5 seconds. Able to fire a hail of shots from its rear engine, dealing low damage per shot.

    Special Attacks: Has several small shields revolving around him, if attacked with a projectile, they will counterattack with a fast beam, dealing low-medium damage. If enough damage is dealt they will break, but can be spawned again. Able to fire a barrage of curving beams from his wings with a semi-homing quality, dealing medium damage. His tail can smash the ground and charge up, firing a fast beam that targets the closest player, dealing medium-high damage. He can also create a shockwave by stomping his feet. The shockwave increases in size based on distance, dealing medium-high damage, breaks upon hitting a wall. Able to fire a constant beam from his optic lens, slowing targets by 40% on hit and dealing medium damage per second. Also able to fire a wide pulse from the optic lens, dealing low damage, but igniting targets for 8 seconds. Able to pick you up and fling you into the air.
    Destroying a small shield will drop a powerup that protects you from projectiles, based on your maximum energy.

    Alpha:
    Can block attacks using his shield. Alpha can sweep a wide area or jab you using his spear. He may also throw 3 spears at a target, with lightning striking upon impact with a blue explosion.
    Beta: Can block attacks using his shield. Beta can smash his hammer, attracting or repelling the player. He may also throw his weapon, returning to him shortly after.
    Omega: Can block attacks using his shield. Omega can create an electrical outline of a player where he stands, after 2 seconds, Omega will charge very quickly towards that spot. Upon reaching his destination, a large red explosion will occur, dealing very high damage. If you are in the way of his charge, he will stop, but you will take damage. He may project a shield onto the other bugfixers, reducing their incoming damage by 70%, but he will take 33% of it. He will take 33% more incoming damage, excluding the damage taken from the shield.

    Special Attacks: Able to fire a burst of 3 lasers from his eye, dealing medium damage, has slight angle deviation, fires often, on 50% health this increases to 5 lasers.
    Able to launch an incredible amount of slow arcing orbs, launched in a random direction upwards, which then fall down and bounce, lasting 6 seconds and dealing low-medium damage.
    Able to fire shots into the sky, which will then land in two narrow areas, creatin a pillar like attack, lasts two seconds.
    The Cyan part of the U shaped appendages on his back can mark a line towards the left and right side of the player, then after 1.5 seconds, explosions will follow along the line until it reaches the end. The line fades after 3 seconds.
    The Bugfixer Emperor has a damage blocking shield that can break, and recharge if not hit for 12 seconds.
    For every 25% health removed, he refreshes his shield and conjures 2 destructible images of himself to distract the player, but they can only use the laser attack.
    When he reaches 25% of his health left, he will use all of his attacks at the same time once.
    Every 1% of health removed or when the shield is broken, one of his shoulders lets out a mine, unaffected by gravity and that moves in a random direction every few seconds. When touched the mine will explode and stun the player for 0.1 seconds.

    Special Attacks: Able to fire a burst of 5 lasers from his eye, dealing medium damage, has slight angle deviation, fires often.
    The pack on his back has one extra port to fire from. When he fires the slow arcing shots, there are even more shots are fired, they move slightly faster and the extra port fires extra large ones that split into 4 smaller ones. When he uses his pillar attack, 5 pillars are created that last 2 seconds with an 0.5 delay between each.
    The Galactic Bugfixer Emperor has 2 additional appendages, creating 4 targeting lines in the cardinal directions of the player, but the explosions travel much faster.
    Regardless if he takes damage or not, every 25 seconds, his shield will recharge.
    For every 33% health removed, the amount of lasers fired increases by 1.
    For every 1% health removed or when the shield is broken, 2 mines are released, but will always move and stun the player for 0.2 seconds and slow for 1.2 seconds when detonated.
    For every 25% health removed, he will use all of his attacks at once.
    For every 25% health removed, he refreshes his shield and he conjures 3 destructible images of himself to distract the player, they will use a laser attack, as well as each of them using one pillar attack.
    Hardmode Boss

    Bugfixer's Guise:
    A helmet that provides a small amount of light and leaves behind a light trail. When the wearer takes a significant amount of damage, the helmet counters with a laser blast that goes through multiple enemies. Multiple hits within a short amount of time will add up and trigger this effect.
    Bugfixer's Plate:
    A Chest armor that glows at the hands. Increases maximum energy. Also provides a weak shield that blocks damage and can recharge when not hit for 10 seconds.
    Bugfixer's Treads:
    A Pair of Boots. Increases movement speed by 10%, reduces falling damage by 80% and falling from a certain height will cause you to deal damage in an area around you, the damage will increase when falling from higher heights.

    Bugfixer's Visor:
    A helmet that provides a small amount of light and leaves behind a light trail. This helmet increases your maximum energy and increases the duration on your Jet Pack. Increases energy generation by a small amount.
    Bugfixer's Dynamic:
    A chest armor that increases your maximum energy and increases the duration on your Jet Pack. Increases energy generation by a small amount. Also provides a weak shield that blocks damage and can recharge when not hit for 10 seconds.
    Bugfixer's Cleats:
    A Pair of Boots.Increases movement speed by 15%, reduces falling damage by 80%, increases the duration on your Jet Pack and increases your maximum energy.
    Bugfixer's Flight:
    A back item that can enable flight. This can be increased by wearing Bugfixer Commander Set items. When wearing this in conjunction with all of the other set items, when you are damaged for 50% of your health, you summon two autonomous cohorts alongside you that last for 12 seconds, they will help shoot anything around you and deal light-medium damage. When their timer runs out, they go out in an explosion of glory, dealing 1 damage.

    Set Bonus: When you expend a total of 500% of your maximum energy within 25 seconds, you will fire a pillar of blasts onto the nearest enemy, dealing damage based on your maximum energy. If no target is found then it will simply fire on your location.
    When you reach below 5% of your maximum health, you will project 2 destructible illusions that fire lasers, and creating an additional layer of shields on you. Can only occur every 120 seconds.

The projectile leaves behind a trail and is much slower than regularly firing, this alternate fire also takes up a considerable amount of energy. When an enemy is killed through this means, your allies will gain the "Infuriated" debuff, this does nothing!

    Omega: As well as critically striking on the next hit when blocking, you will charge 33% faster with 20% less distance required to reach full damage potential, and will stack for each consecutive successful block you make.

    Name: Energy Shield
    Effect: Provides a damage absorbing shield based off of maximum energy. Energy shield health is taken before life. Energy shield health will start to regenerate when your character has not taken damage for 6 seconds.

    Effect: Sets maximum life to 1. Grants a large amount of energy shield based upon Maximum Energy and Armor. Energy shield health is taken before life. Energy shield health will start to regenerate when your character has not taken damage for 6 seconds.

    Name: Sentinel Defense Matrix
    Effect: Reserves some of your energy (does not decrease maximum energy count). Three orbs will orbit around your character, blocking projectiles. When the orbs sustain enough damage from attacks, they will fire a beam at the nearest enemy. The orbs can be destroyed if enough damage is dealt, but will regenerate their health if they remain undamaged for 12 seconds. Orbs will be replenished 15 seconds after destruction.

    Name: Hooves of the Midnight
    Effect: Moving will create a trail of fire upon the ground. Enemies who come into contact with the flames will become ignited, losing health per second. If at any time, an enemy is currently ignited, you will recieve additional passive energy regeneration. You are able to dash with this tech, and when you do, a small sized explosion will appear where you initiated your dash, and ignite targets for a short time.

    Name: Keepers of Peace
    Effect: When used, one of the three Keepers of Peace will aid you in battle for 7 seconds. They are invulnerable.
    Alpha will throw spears.
    Beta will throw his weapon.
    Omega will charge an enemy.

    Well seeing as the extra jetpacks will probably make more of those tracking balls, and it might me faster/harder to hit. that would make it harder to beat.
    Also being purple might mean that it is made of a harder metal.
