There is only one 'dev', and that's ConcernedApe-- the game was a one-man project at least up until he brought in help with language translations and multi-player development. Likely as not he picked some random numbers that sounded 'mappy' to himself, without even giving it much thought. Little did he suspect that his players would hunt obsessively for secrets!
Well of course he did, otherwise why would he have put them in there? Unless... he didn't mean to... and they're just all glitches because he's that bad a programmer.... Nooooooooooo.......
