You don't know how much of the stuff I say on other things that I think are most definitely dead spring right back to life better than before so not even that works :lod::yuno:
and I mean like enjin etc etc

They certainly don't revive as quickly if you leave them dead yourself. And there's no guarantee they'll be brought up again.

More worthwhile to just let some topics die off. Even if you assume it'll come back later, treat it like it won't.

Trust me I never did treat my old things like they would cause I never thought they would :seriously:

Just imagined an avali trying to play a song on the piano that requires more than 3 fingers per hand to play  feel so sorry for that avali.....

hmmmm.... Hey @RyuujinZERO I know this sounds really stupid well actually its not becasue I don't know what the answer is so therefore its not a stupid question:
If a planets' moon had a moon what would that celestial object be called???

A satellite. (Though it's very difficult for a moon to have a satellite of it's own, it is technically possible if they're placed at distinct locations in the gravity well known as lagrange points, or have just the right elliptical orbit between the moon and it's parent planet)

So it would be a satellite of a satellite of a planet and that satellite would have to be be constantly orbiting at the same speed as the moon its orbiting for it to theoretically work and stay in orbit?? I mean like if they were all on a stick and that satellite is on the very end of the stick the is the moon and the beginning is the planet
And another idea popped into my head if that moon orbited normally but the satellite orbited around that moon but orbiting around its poles instead of the equator of the moon would that possibly work as well???

it doesn't really matter if it orbits equatorially, or pole-to-pole. The key feature of a successful orbit is that it would be very strongly elliptical, with the apoapsis on the side facing the parent planet, and periapsis coming quite close to the moon. (Funny that a few years ago, nobody outside of astrophysics would know those terms, today anyone who's played Kerbal Space Program understands it intimately :p)

Indeed but unfortunately I haven't played KSP in a long time and I kinda forgot... But from what I'm basically grasping the satellite would have to be bloody close to the moon on the "dip" of its orbit when the moon is more or less at the "peak" of its orbit around the planet for it to be generally safe?
please tell me if I got this more or less correct

Well I'm back, shame the alerts system bugged out and gave me nothing. Had to go check it all my darn self... Nice bit of art again by the way.
Oh, and the Marxon Maneuver only works if you hit your mark, if you faceplant NEXT to the pillow, that just makes what you did moronic.

Oh migraines, how I love thee so.

On second thought I may have it back to front
Yeah I'm double checking if I had the bit about the orbit right. Something looked off

    Ah, smart move then.

Hmm, nope. The math is correct it's just the scale at which it's drawn makes it look off (remember, NOT to scale)

So, yeah. The red line gives a feel for the concept, though it wouldn't come THAT close to the parent planet (if it got that close it'd fall into the parent planet's gravity well), but the orbit would nonetheless be highly eliptical. Additionally, I marked the lagrange points (purple dots) on the image, at these points, the forces between planet and moon balance out, a satellite placed at any of those points will remain there indefinitely.
