An interesting thought crossed my mind. If you have noticed, the more civilized and urbanized parts of the world (USA is the king of burgers, so this too) have higher obesity rates. And if America is already as bad as it is... it makes me wonder about how the Avali had to deal with it. I could see spacefaring Avali being active enough to not have an issue, but on the extremely well developed and established home world of Avalon where you would get everything without lifting a finger, literally with the advent neurally controlled drones... Oh dear.

I'd hope for a medium-twangy stringed instrument. Maybe kinda like a guitar, but I'd call that a medium-high twang instrument, so soften it a little.

I'm a sucker for stringed instruments. Can't play any, but I love the sound.

 

fun fact: my character used to have a tophat, I would wear it with my cloak and fly around with the butterfly booster pretending to be a magician

 

Brass instruments would probably be right out. Can Avali play reed instruments at all?

 

Actually, it's considered more respectful to remove hats while attending a musical performance, Reksanden could back me up with this.
