godspeed, I once lost a computer to these "anti-virus" programs

 

Spy Hunter 4 is a legitimate company. I use it. You WILL have to register it for to remove those viruses. (Most things it labels as viruses are Cookies). Helped me get rid of a nasty virus called moneypak.

I'm pretty sure that it installed adware into my computer. I never once see gorillaprice.exe until I installed SpyHunter 4. Then, Norton says that it's causing high CPU usage. Coincidence?
I'm also not going to pay for another one. Even if it's good. Maybe they installed moneypak onto your computer. All I know is that i'm doing everything I can to get rid of it.

I'm just going to run a full computer scan with my best anti-virus company now...
I really don't want to lose my computer to a fake anti-virus company...

 

This questioning session have got me up all night, now it's 4AM here(UTC +8).

the problem with these things wasn't that they destroyed all of the software, it's that they made the computer unusable, it would run a script so that the "AV" window is always on top, automatically reopens when closed, etc, it just clutters the screen to the point where you can barely even take actions to get rid of it, it doesn't sound like you have one of those, but it'll likely be all downhill from here

 

That's just great. I can't afford to buy a new computer and mine's most likely going to break soon.

It was installed on there before I downloaded it. It never installed one thing except what I bargained for.
(Perhaps you got a corrupt download from other than the official site?)

Anyway, I'd rather not discuss viruses as whatnot because all my nightmares are sprung from that...
(I also believe you can go to add/remove programs and find gorrilaprice.exe? It seems familiar)

Edit: (To address high CPU usage, yes it does require a bit to load.)

I remember that once Avast told me that I had 40+ viruses while the scan percentage was still at 0%.
Thankfully, I am getting a new computer.
