The Avali Nexus

I have created my new Avali now. The dark-furred Reaper will probably spend a lot of time on a MP server I found acting like your friendly neighborhood wild raptor, only without trying to eat THAT many people in the process. After all, most of us are civilized, right?

What if the rez animation is of an iceblock melting , to reveal your Avali?

 

Bad BLuBIN_BoY BAD! *smacks with a wet noodle* You don't talk about the rez animation, Ryuu in Avali form would gnaw off your feet at the ankles for such a question!

Bingo.

That's the visual effect for beaming up; right now I'm working on the effect for when you land, which is a little more complex.

Technically I have dyed my ship, kinda. I changed the locker, teleporter, tech station, and the hologram at the front of the ship to all be orange so that it fits with the Avali theme colours.

 

Last check all races however share the same teleport effect - hence I havn't addressed that for the avali.

Same, that's why I'm doing it! It'd only look weird if you kept the files installed when playing a non-Avali character... which I don't.

 

I got another question about the lore: At what age/ stage of life do Avali typically begin schooling, and how long does their education go for?

As far as I can recall, I know there was an answer about how the Avali are taught, but not about how long their schooling is until they 'graduate' into the workforce/ government.

yeah ea kinda butchered the series with this one also ironic is how number 3 was one of my favorites and was made by them

 

The game actually had a cool concept (which didn't fit C&C in any fucking way) but you know, herpa derpa deeerp we are EA we half-ass everything.
