You're letting the anxiety and stress overwhelm you. That only makes it worse.

Just take your time, take it easy. Despite your parents pushing you, they shouldn't complain too much if you give an honest effort to it, and if they do I really can't say much for that.

In any case, I'm always available to talk to. Unfortunately, I'm not having much luck on the job front either. Might have to pull out the tablet for real and start truly practicing so I can take payed commissions eventually. Make a small bit of income while attempting to get lucky with a job, at least.

god i have only had it that bad once.... not fun.... god i get light anxiety attacks from just being the last one alive in counterstrike... its nothing compared to what you go through but....

he does have a point... try and find the most comfortable place you can to relax may help out alot.... as much as it is cliche to say in this situation.

i can already guess its a very long history of helping each other out in stressful times. though it may be more than that but i will not pry. its still good to have someone there by your back main reason i felt like helping myself i never had anyone there to get me through my attacks when i was younger though.... i probably only made it worse didn't i....
