Closed The Ark is not resetting?

So I don't know if this is a normal thing or a bug, but even when I start a new game the Ark stays completed. I just decided to replay the beginning and I just got to the Ark to see that it is up to the same level as my farthest playthrough. Any help is appreciated.

That's normal, SB stores your progress in form of flags, and every character has access to the same outpost (though, the quests by Outpost people and ores sold by Ursa Miner are unlocked separately for each character; the former due to potential for abuse, the latter so you would play normally instead of grinding enough to buy everything for Replicator, crafting module and set of whichever armor you like most from get go)
