Welcome to the forums! As to answer your question, that would be up to our GM, DiaceBaker to decide. I will let you know that this RP isn't very active, so if you want more action getting into the game, search for one with a higher page count. I believe Untold and Pocket Watch are still open at this moment in time. Just check with the GMs first before you post your app (They are the people who write the opening post). Good Luck!

If you, the GM, can give the players no reason to continue playing, nor provide engaging material to want to continue playing, then you haven't thought out your position very well. If you can polish your plans and ideas for this RP and work to get us moving towards the more exciting bits, rather than have the players create the world for you, then I'll come back and watch what happens. As the GM you should know where you want the story to go and how to get your players moving in that direction. Perhaps you should take some time and think it over before starting this RP again.
