I've searched for it on google and on the forum, and only found one post past 90 days old, so I feel it should be brought up again. I know you can hold one handed weapons in any hand, but it genuinely bugs me that 2 handed weapons can only be held in the left hand when not in use. It probably seems really inconsequential to most people, but it actually keeps me from using 2 handed weapons entirely. I'm not left handed, so seeing my character prefer his left hand really bothers me. It doesn't seem like a difficult thing to add, but as far as I'm aware there's no way to do it currently. Normally I wouldn't bring up anything like this because obviously the team should have higher priorities than minute cosmetic changes, but I can't imagine this would take that long to do, and it would go a very long way, at least for me (I do want to use 2handed broadswords, but the left handedness completely bothers me). Thoughts?
It would definitely be one of those "subtle yet noticeable" touches that adds just a bit more variety and I feel like it'd just be a matter of changing the height of the arm sprites, so I'd +1 this idea. It reminds me of the classic first person shooters that had a left-handed mode that just flipped the gun to be originating from the left instead of the right. Totally aesthetic but a cool addition nonetheless.
Yes, please! It may not be considered that important to some people, but the majority of humans is still right-handed. Maybe this'll change in the future after some left hand-right hand war/wars, but until then you should have at least the option to have right-handed character!
