TGTAF - Tiered Guard Tenant Armor Fixes - Spawn Guards Tiers 1-4!

Ever place the furniture for to spawn a Tier 2 guard, only to end up with a guard wearing Tier 4 armor?

This mod fixes that by working around the bug and forcing the guards to wear their respective armors.

All guards tiers 1-4 are now spawnable using the furniture of their tier. (Tungsten, Titanium, Durasteel, etc.)

I also added a Tier 1 Guard for each race, using the tier1 tag on IRON furniture. Like the other tiers, it requires 12 blocks to be covered....
