Tesla rockets (tesla rocket launcher sold seperatly) are rockets that fire slightly slowly and enemies who walk near it thinking "ha, hes gonna miss me by this much" will get zapped. Repeatedly. I assume it could be made using something electricy and something rockety, or maybe bought somewhere. When the rocket actually hits something it will burst of course just like any other rocket and exlode. I was also thinking that anyone who is shocked and is carrying machinery would have their stuff short circuit and stop working for a second or two, assuming your going to be fighting space robots or technicians in or adjacent to space.
