This may make some of you smile and think about other things for a minute. The pre-evac for my mountain has been lifted, but, we are still under stage 1 fire restrictions. Listed were things that are banned until further notice. One of those was the use of tracer round ammunition. Really? I would have thought that was illegal except for military use.

Ooh, I'm going target practicing with tracer rounds....said no one.

 

Incendiary rounds maybe, then again the line between tracer and incendiary rounds is blurry.

Tracers see most use on non man portable weapons as you can't put sights on those so easily and the ranges are much more extreme.

That reminds me, my father has a certain... fetish, and his 18+ misadventures on the internet were once discovered by my mother. Who promptly alerted the entire family of the matter.

I can't even try to lie to my sister. Thankfully, she hasn't had the idea to blackmail me, but knowing that she found some suggestive art of my starbound chars at best, doesn't make me all that happy.

I got myself fired from Walmart!

Literally just stood in front of my manager and pretended to text.

I was tired of being treated as less than human. So right now I'm going to curl up for a snooze then go job hunting some more.

 

This is going to sound harsh, and please don't take it the way it's not meant to be. But, shouldn't you have looked for another job before you got fired or quit?

 

I was actually, just that I've saved up 1000 dollars already and I'm just unwilling to work there anymore.

 

I forgot to mention he wasn't caught red-handed. I was just that he didn't bother to clear the browser history and private navigation wasn't a thing back then. That's how he managed to frame me for that.

Worst part is, he still does it. I found that out because he is visiting me this weekend.
Earlier today, he made some racy comments about a girl that was passing us by, WITH HER BOYFRIEND RIGHT BESIDE HER. When I reprimanded him for that, he played dumb and even had the sheer gall to say I was the one oogling her. Jesus Fucking Christ! I was just lucky the guy didn't give a half farting ass about any of it, but if he did, I'd be the one in trouble.

But it was embarrassing and infuriating regardless. I don't react well to being accused of something I didn't do.

 

OK. At least you had a plan and didn't just up and quit. Most people don't think that far ahead. I'm proud of you.

 

I'm really unhappy right now, I found out I have lice, and now my family wants to cut off all my hair.
None of them seem to understand why the thought of cutting my hair makes me feel really upset, and none of them want to help me get rid of the lice unless it's by cutting off my hair because they're all scared they'll get lice if they try to kill the lice and pick the eggs out of hair, and because it will take a while because of how long my hair is.

I understand that cutting off my hair would get rid of the problem right away, but my hair means a lot to me and I refuse to cut it. Now my family is talking about cutting off my hair while sleeping...
