I like this one, but the ring going inwards does not fit there, IMO. How about some spiral effects kind of like Star Trek (newest movies), only less spirals and blue particles? EDIT: another idea to keep the 'inward' feeling, would make something like, making some particles go towards the player, but making them look like they're coming from everywhere, and not from the player (my main issue with the ring). Don't take them too seriously though, they're just suggestions.
maybe on the new one you could make the spiral less "BOOM" make it a little "see through" a bit... cuz right now its really "in your face" type of thing lol
Not really, it looks good though. I'll try giving an example, imagine that the car in the video is the player, and the lights are the spirals, so my suggestion would to put less spirals, and the spirals in blue, or any color you see fit, I suggested blue to keep the pattern you already made.
Nice one ! A little too "glossy" (less retro as compared to the original) to my taste but still a really good one
