Telekinesis Laser

In Tiy's livestream, we saw that you place blocks using a 'telekenisis laser'.

This is very interesting. It makes there be a reason that you can magically place blocks, unlike in other games. Also, it has the capacity to be upgraded for range/other things. What do you think will happen with it?

Tiy explained it in the interview yesterday. It's a "gravity gun" that makes it easier to build, and you can also see other people who are building and what they're building with.

Also, didn't he ask people not to record or snapshot his livestream?

You shouldn't post the screenshots without the permission of Tiy. Anyone who don't really know the game and find those screenshots could say : "what's that huge pixelated toast in the middle of the ship ? It's ugly, this game sucks !". Same thing with the item not fitting in the inventory slot.

It may seems idiot to think that way, but it's a really normal way of thinking when you are as perfectionnist as Tiy.
He doesn't want to show screenshots or videos of things that aren't finished yet or bugged, and please don't ask me so why does he make livestreams, since you can't compare livestreams and widespread videos or screenshots ( youtube, twitter, reddit, etc .. ).

 

So first i saw this in the twitter picture with Red Beam, and now Blue beam

I guess it's the same as the teleportation color, and you can probably choose it

Im going YELLOW!

 

The beam is blue when you can place the object, red when you can't. Tiy described it that way.
