Techno Tophat Description: The Techno Tophat is a metal tophat with two light rings that glow. The light rings change color, cycling through the color wheel (Red to orange to yellow, and so on). If possible, maybe it could give off colored light, rather than just the light on the sprite (Heh, it rhymes) changing. Other ideas I had for the light rings including the lights changing depending on your health, enemies/allies nearby, the environment you're in, or if something is hidden nearby. Changing colors if there are enemies nearby? Sounds like the monkeys from ape escape and their helmets that give them the mental capacity to know how to use a uzi.
