Team Chucklefish appreciation thread

Yay for indie studio people. I like what's done so far, and I want to see more things be done, too. I like being a bird or robot or plant or something that steals everything from planets. Keep the good work up. The key is to not get discouraged by everyone who has a problem with the whole thing.

Good work here Chucklefish. I'd love to see Starbound when its finally finished. I think it'll beat out Terraria for sure.

 

Although I'm not satisfied with the speed this game is progressing...I have to give big thumbs up for the devs for making one the greatest (if not THE greatest) game that it can be. Keep up the good work!

 

So I have been a member of these forums and a heavy Starbound player for a while, Yet I haven't gotten around to thanking the guys and gals of the Starbound development team. So I just want to say that this game is great and really stands out from other adventures/survivals/building games not including the planned features that will really set the difference. The huge selection of planets and biomes make every trip out in the wild fell so unique. You can really lose hours while exploring the different caves and structures of Starbound. The wildlife are pretty cool as well (beside them moments when they force my neighbor to stop over to make sure that I'm not abusing animals). Though my favorite feature so far would easily be the character creation, but I would love to see tons of new hairs, faces, and beards for each race in the future. The ability to play as a black glitch for awhile and then as an purple apex makes me really feel refreshed each time i start a new character. I look forward to seeing more of the new ship AIs, they're a great idea. Thanks for the continued updates and hard work on this awesome game!

Thank you Chucklefish for an awesome game I've already wasted too much of my precious gaming time on. I'm taking a break from playing Starbound while catching up on my Steam backlog, but this doesn't mean my interest in this game has diminished. I look forward to all the planned and unplanned changes and reading all the bickering on the forums with my morning coffee (bring back more bickering).

I'd like to say "Thanks!" to every single person who helps out, you guys are amazing. You're doing such a good job at the moment and I can guarantee that you'll go onto to do even better in the future years. Without you, we wouldn't be having such a great time. Great job everyone at Chucklefish! Thanks for working your butts off for people who are looking for the kind of entertainment, action, and artistic tools that your team offers with Starbound. I'm watching your nightly builds and am excited to see new things for each time I run the game. I've been and will continue to show my friends this epic. Wishing you guys the best.

The amount of effort the creators put in this game is truly incredible and inspiring, and they are still trying to make the game even more awesome, you are wonderful developers.
Also, take all the time you need to do what you do and try not to burn/stress yourselves out over working, we care about your health too.

 

It's hard to imagine that Starbound is still in beta, when I first time launched it and started playing I couldn't believe my eyes how much content was in there already. Sure it gets grindy here and there, but Starbound is like an unrefined diamond, eventually it will become refined and will shine as a perfect example of true talent and beauty (Personally, I think it already does) and to think that this is STILL a beta, and yet it has so much amazing content already, it blows my mind.

I honestly can't wait to see the full version of starbound in the upcoming months or perhaps years, pre-ordered the moment it became possible, had no regrets ever since.
