The story has not yet been finished as of yet so to not spoil what is existent, do not open the spoilers. Team Alpha: I told you not to open the spoiler! The Huntress Launa Conners Launa was certainly the oddest one among us back then, but in this case, odd is just another word for "extremely special individual". Launa was not like normal Floran, because originally she was meant for greater and more noble things than mercenary work, but fate has a big tendency of saying otherwise and ruining other's plans. Launa is actually a Genetic Hybrid created by a man named Dr. L. Conners designed to be the first Human-Floran Diplomat during the heated times between the expansionist savages and the USCM. Dr. Conners essentially used his own DNA for the experiment, which I guess makes Launa half-human in retrospect. But before she was fully finished developing, the laboratory she was floating in a tank of green goo in was beset upon by, wait for it, Florans. Ironic right? When Launa had first awoken, she was met by the stench of decaying meat, blood covered walls, and bone strewn floors. Following the faint trail left behind by the Floran hunting party, she found her way back to their village and somehow managed to assimilate herself into it.
