Hello, when I open StardewModdingAPI.exe, it immediately crashes on the console window like this:

Please help. StardewValley.exe can still be opened and played normally (without mods of course) but when I use StardewModdingAPI.exe this error pops up. I have installed .NET Framework 4.8, SMAPI 2.11.12, XNA 4.0 Refresh, tried uninstalling and reinstalling them but it didn't work. Please help. I really wanna use the mods ;_;
