Bug/Issue (Switch) Missing Ancient Seed crafting recipe

I donated the Ancient Seed (artifact), but I don't appear to have the Ancient Seed crafting recipe (which is a museum reward for donating the artifact). Unfortunately I can't give many more details than this - the donation occurred in the early stages of the game save.

If it matters, I can confirm that the ancient seed recipe did exist/work on another (now deleted) save on this device; I believe the timeframe would be in the range of a month and a bit ago. Another player also confirmed to me that they have their Ancient Seed recipe.

Please find attached image - the Ancient Seed recipe should be before the Spring Seeds recipe.
