Check in case you're making a duplicate thread (i.e. in case there is another thread covering the same topic). Be sure to have a meaningful title, as well as at least a paragraph of content. One sentence threads aren't that good, especially if you're making a suggestion. Aside from that, just be excellent to everyone. But you're Batman, you'll be fine.

The best advice I can give is that you show respect to other people's suggestions, and try to contribute your own. The devs DO listen to what members have to say, and another voice never hurts. We're a cozy place full of intelligent and/or good people, so you'll adjust no problem.
