If i can ask where do you make these sprites in? Im wanting to make an mod but i need something to create these sprites. I dont actually know where or how but a good tool would help ma a lot.

you can use any programm you like, really. i'm using paint.NET, but i heard a lot of people use graphicsgale. gimp or even microsoft paint would be options, too.
