Anyways, wouldn't it be a better idea to just make it so that a person can only win once?

 

I don't know, really. But I really don't like singling out people just because they've won a random lottery. Especially since I've impulsively added runner-ups, who could have had a chance to get a full drawing in the next lottery. But to be honest, I feel everyone* has an equal chance in winning here, no matter how many times they've won.

I see what you mean though. I might have to talk to some people [who didn't join my lottery] about it.
