Suggestion on New Stretch Goal!

Obviously, what we need in starbound is MORE FLUFFY THINGS.

 

Just so everyone knows, they are looking for ideas for the 4th stretch goal.

omg Bartwe likes the abandoned spacecraft idea, I'm stoked! I think he's telling the team about it!

 

Another race would be cool and realistic seeing as adding a race isn't very complicated and doesn't delay Beta / Release.

 

We also need more chewies:

 

Something that wouldn't be too code intensive would be to have an collector NPC who gives rewards such as pixel, weapons, pets, tech and so on. The collector NPC has been to many different planets and hid parts of a torn picture or some other such collectable items. The torn picture pieces can be put together and would show what that collector NPC took a picture of. Could be anything, from something serious like the history of a planet to something silly like a costume party of different NPC's. And once you have all the parts or the item the collector NPC is looking for, he will tell you a story about it and what happened regarding to the item brought to him. Could be a silly story or a lore or anything along those lines. The collector NPC would want special coins, special stamps, special statues or collectable items and so on.

However, every stream and what I've read has reassured me there's enough 'content' on release and it's a good thing that maybe the devs are done adding more things, maybe.

 

That just gave me an idea. What about an npc species that likes to play intergalactic hide-and seek? Random chance of finding these critters anywhere on a planet and they give you collectible tokens or something their race likes which can be exchanged at their homeplanet or something of that nature for cool unique items.

 

Guys a New Idea for having a Stretch goal at the mark of :

$1,500,000 or 1.5 million dollars

Getting Arcade Machines (That work online and can play with others in any Starbound server! or Lan one server!)
Or possibly having some Arcade Machines that have small mini-games that changes the mode of the place a bit. Everyone in the game can keep being active and playing so they won't be bored.

I think a 4th Stretch goal should be on option of which ship you start out with. Just in case people want to be Avian with a Glitch ship or Human ship.

Only time will tell if developers will make another stretch goal or focus on the game more. They have taken good ideas from community which i really like.
I vote just "No" without the "Its very dumb and pointless.." since i feel developers have allready given us much and should not worry about the next stretch goal thing if it feels to them "forced" option.

 

Just because someone else made a thread for stretch goal four doesn't mean everyone has to post there, plus like, he tells you to make your own thread in his OP, so telling people they can only post there is silly

 

please, no more stretch goals. its not needed and is just going to lead to more rage post because they dont like the new goal. we should take this time to enjoy the progress they have made, discuss intelligently, and at least wait untill after the new newsletter or hearing from them before discussing any more goals. and thats only if they want to, lets not force them to.

 

When you are talking about something of the same exact topic as other topic, it makes sense post there. Now if you are creating a separate suggestion that is not for stretch goal it makes all sense create a topic about it, if there isn't any.
