Sudden Crash on visiting new galaxy "MULTIPLAYER"

Me and my friend have been playing starbound on his server with a few mods installed and the other day i arrived on a new star and on beaming down to the first planet that looked interesting my game crashed with this error: Exception caught in main client loop (EofException) Failed to read full buffer in readFull, eof reached

My friend is now also experiencing this crash on any planet same with me.

The server does not get a crash error it just says said player disconnects, Were not sure if this is a issue with mods or the game but we have been playing for the past few weeks and this has just occurred now.
