Bug/Issue Stuck in infinite warp animation

First I'm gonna state that I am very new to Starbound and that I have a lot of mods installed.
Here's a list of all the mods I have installed:

Now on to the problem.
I've just recently completed a quest called sparrow ship upgrade after unknowingly getting it when I was messing around and recruiting people. I finished the quest and after the animation for the ship upgrade, I beamed up to my ship to see what got upgraded and that's where the problem started happening.
All I got was the beaming animation and even after the sounds stopped, the beaming animation still kept on playing.

I could not access my ship at all. I even tried the solutions I found that make use of the admin commands to no avail.

Unfortunately the log files that I have are a couple of hours after the bug occured and I don't know if they would help at all.

 

if you look in my signature, there are instructions for finding the right log. If you do not see a signature, go to your preferences and enable them. if you can recreate the issue, give us the file that is simply starbound or a lone starbound.log
