So, I randomly decided to go straight up using my Butterfly Boost tech, when I came across a number of these little chunks floating in the air.

    What's the point of these?

That looks like an asteroid. Mind suitably blown.

It's not made of dirt though, it's "Meteorite."

You can even see the blocks in my hotbar on number 6.

Thou art standing upon star barf. Some poor dear of a star was sick, perhaps unto the point of death, and expelled at a high rate of speed many distasteful gasses and solids, which eventually coalesced once more to form some very large formations, one of which thou are now standing upon. Be sure to wipe thy feet.

Was only made of dirt during testing. Now they're rock.

In an unrelated note, does your Floran enjoy Mexican seafood dishes, preferably in an upright orientation?

I'd really like it if they did something further with these and actually put special meteorite-only ores or power sources on here to be crafted into something. It'd also be nice if you could pound the blocks down into meteorite bricks.

You might think it smells a little bit fishy and is unpleasantly squishy, but it tastes alright to me.
